ROOT SPORTS, the exclusive rights holder to Houston Astros regional baseball game telecasts, announced today the debut of their new series, Astros Playback, which will revisit eight exciting Houston Astros games such as Mike Fiers’ no hitter and Jose Altuve’s walk off home run against the Red Sox from the 2015 Major League Baseball regular season.

Astros Playback kicks off the holiday season with a special four game marathon on December 24th at 3:00PM, followed by an additional marathon on December 27th. Viewers will have the chance to relive each defining game every Monday in January and February 2016 beginning January 4th with the airing of the April 12th 2015 game vs. the Texas Rangers, when Conger hit two home runs in the 14th inning for a dramatic win and start to an incredible season.
